A Lady or Gentleman's whose Handicap Index exceeds the Limit of 30 or 18 on 13th August 2023 to use 32 and 19 as her/his Playing Handicap respecitvely

Maximum Hcp Index 30 for Ladies and 18 for Gentlemen
